Bobby Flay has been named a contributing editor to Parade, where he will write a monthly food column entitled "Cook It!" The new column launches on Jan. 31 with a Super Bowl party menu of Cuban treats inspired by the venue for this year's big game -- Miami. All of Flay's Parade recipes will also be featured on Parade.com. Flay appears daily on a series of Food Network shows, including "Throwdown with Bobby Flay," "Iron Chef America," "Grill It! with Bobby Flay" and "Boy Meets Grill." He is the author of nine cookbooks; his latest book, "Bobby Flay's Burgers, Fries and Shakes," was released in April 2009.
