Update....

Hi everyone! We have been all over Colorado since getting our truck fixed Wednesday...I HAD hoped for one more night of normalcy in the hotel room, but that's just not the way it turned out. We are headed to Missouri, then Chicago...so, tonight was the first real break we have had.

Let me tell you a little something. Last night, we had to go through the Rockies to the other side...right near Utah and the weather here in Colorado is wacky! It was 59 in the morning, we got to that mountain and it was cold and get this, snowing snowflakes as big as miniature snowballs, no kidding!

Just a little bit of advice to the drivers out there, when it snows and trucks have to leave the roadway to Chain Up...that means to you, the regular four wheel cars/suvs/trucks, that YOU have got to take note and slow down! When the chain law is in effect, a truck cannot go more then 35...so, we HAVE to abide by that law (For truckers, the fine is $500-$1,000 if we don't follow the chain law), but do you know how scary it is, going up and down an 11,000 ft mountain side by side with four wheelers who THINK they are invincible??? Its just plain silly...
